Handling incoming & making outgoing calls
Customer relationship management
Maintaining data in CRM Software and generating reports
Handling emails and to co ordinate with Regional Office.
Other administrative day-to-day activities

Desired profile:
Experience in handling customers
Computer literate (knowledge of MS Office)
Convincing Skills with good communication
Target oriented
Confident in dealing with customers.
Tele calling exposure
GRADUATION COMPULSORY
Age between 20 to 30 Years
