JOB DESCRIPTION
* Understand the client needs and utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative means like inteet sites, social sites, personal network and knowledge-base to identify qualified candidates for contract and contract to hire opportunities.
* Post job requirements on the inteet to increase candidate pool.
* Present job opportunities to potential candidates and negotiate contract terms along with competitive pay rates.
* 2-7 years of Technical Recruiter experience, agency or corporate.
* Must be strong on effective utilization of available job boards.
* Ability to handle multiple requirements at a time.
* Must have experience working with Implementation partners and Direct Clients..
