Make outbound calls to take customer concerns or to check satisfaction level
Listen to and record complaints in the customer service application
Answer queries and give clarity on desired information
Resolving problems by clarifying issues and escalating unsolved problems
Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, forwarding requests
Maintain call center database by entering information
Keeping equipment (Computers, Headsets etc.) operational by following established procedures and by timely reporting malfunctions
Update job knowledge by participating in Job Knowledge opportunities and quizzes
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
