Job Description:
Excellent communication skills in English - both spoken and written & good presentation skills
Good knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure Technologies LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / Hubs / Networks etc.
Acting as Single Point of Contact for customers for either reporting trouble or providing updates on existing Trouble Tickets
Able to fix WAN troubles either by remote diagnostics or by involving relevant technical/non-technical teams
Should be comfortable in taking inbound calls / making outbound calls. Calls may be required to interact with End customers/Technicians/Other teams
Must be willing and able to work various shifts as assigned (such as nights, weekends and statutory holidays), based on business needs
Demonstrated ability to identify problems and situations, take appropriate action, implement solutions or escalate as required
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaboratively with other departments
Ability to review and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate client options/solutions
Ability to manage a demanding workload
