Managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed.
Good communication skills

Desired Profile:
First 3 months - no salary
3-6 months - Rs.7k stipend per month
Above 6 months - Rs.10k per month (based on performance)
