Candidate should have excellent communocation skills.
Candidate should have excellent customer handling and escalation management skills.
Candidate should be able to work with people and teams located in different countries.
Candidate should be able to manage the service requests of customers through different access channels.
Candudate should have knowledge in taking reviews customer feedback related to customer entitlement & case management and analysis of statistics related to customer access over phone & case management.
Candidate should have knowledge in monitor the service event through completion for compliance.
Candidate should be able to understand and work through complex processes independently to resolve customer issues.
Candidate should be responsible for validating customer entitlement, log case for the purpose of routing or dispatching an end-user to the proper resources.
Candidate should participates in projects for process or quality improvements.
Candidate should be able to Manage multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Candidate should works with escalated customers and recommends actions in post incident reviews.
Candidate will be required to handle and answer all requests via all mediums as per the process guidelines.
Candidate should have experience in international call center.
Candidate should be able to work in rotational shifts.

Candidate should have experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face.
