Job Description :
=> Looking for someone who is familiar with Quick Books Software .

Requirement :
=> Ideal candidate should have hands on experience with Quick Books Software .
=> Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Reconciliations
=> Handling all the accounts independently.
=> Maintaining of total Accounts
=> Compile monthly reports
=> Maintain returned check account
=> Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
=> Prepare quarterly profit and loss Statement.
=> Record monthly Expense report.
=> Preparation of Finalization of Accounts
=> Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes
=> Processing of consultants expenses, office related expenses and other expenses
=> Raising invoices .
=> Experience in Payments follow-up
=> Maintaining the periodical report for Holds, Balances etc.,
=> Attending the salary related queries of Payroll.
=> Responsible for keeping track of Sub-Contractors and their invoice
=> Good to have knowledge on Immigration .
